Property Policies

Contactless Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM (Central time). A minimum of one person at check-in must be at least 25 years old. Early check-in may be requested but is contingent upon previous guests and our cleaning schedule. Prior to your stay, you’ll be provided an email with important information regarding your selected property and the check-in process.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM (Central time). At the conclusion of your stay, please ensure to follow the directions provided in your welcome email.

Pets

Pet policies vary by property, and you can find a pet policy listed on each property page. Please contact us if you have any questions before booking.

Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation:

Full refund for cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before check-in, less a Cancellation Fee of $500.00.
Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellations made at least seven (7) days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before check-in.

Cancellations on bookings made less than fourteen (14) days before check-in:

Full refund for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking.
Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellations made at least seven (7) days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before check-in.

Cancellation by Landlord due to property unavailability:

If the property becomes unavailable to the Tenant for any reason, Landlord agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and the Tenant agrees to release any claims against Landlord.

Additional Policies & Important Information

A government issued photo identification is required to rent the property and must be uploaded at time of booking.
A credit/debit card is required to be placed on file for incidentals.
On-site parties or gatherings larger than the disclosed occupancy of the property are subject to approval.
