Contactless Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM (Central time). A minimum of one person at check-in must be at least 25 years old. Early check-in may be requested but is contingent upon previous guests and our *Five Step Cleaning Process. Prior to your stay, you’ll be provided an email with important information regarding your selected property and the check-in process.
  • Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM (Central time). At the conclusion of your stay, please ensure to follow the directions provided in your welcome email.

Five Step Cleaning Process

These are the cleaning practices that our experienced staff uses between guests.

  1. Prepare equipment and ventilate the space before cleaning.
  2. Clean each area by removing dust and debris.
  3. Sanitize all high-touch surfaces, appliances, and equipment.
  4. Check that the space has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  5. Reset the space for the next guest and restock supplies.

Pet policies vary by property, and you can find a pet policy listed on each property page. Please contact us if you have any questions before booking.

Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation:

  1. Full refund for cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before check-in, less a Cancellation Fee of $250.00.
  2. Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellations made at least seven (7) days before check-in.
  3. No refunds for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before check-in.

Cancellations on bookings made less than fourteen (14) days before check-in:

  1. Full refund for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking, less a Cancellation Fee of $250.00.
  2. Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellations made at least seven (7) days before check-in.
  3. No refunds for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before check-in.

Cancellation by Landlord due to property unavailability:

  1. If the property becomes unavailable to the Tenant for any reason, Landlord agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and the Tenant agrees to release any claims against Landlord.

Additional Policies & Important Information

  • If you or a guest planning to stay at our property has been sick, or exposed to any contagious illness, specifically COVID-19, please stay home!
  • A government issued photo identification is required to rent the property and must be uploaded at time of booking.
  • A credit/debit card is required to be placed on file for incidentals.
  • On-site parties or gatherings larger than the disclosed occupancy of the property is strictly prohibited.
