Being native Texans, our family has been vacationing along the Texas coast as long as I can remember! Some of the fondest memories of my childhood involved saltwater and sand! Being a handyman by nature and trying to make ends meet, my dad, who retired as a Paramedic Captain from the Temple Fire Department after 33 years, started a small residential painting and remodeling business on his days off. One of his favorite sayings has always been “It’s just another day in paradise”, which he sometimes says sarcastically! From a young age, I was taught that there’s no substitute for hard work and that the key to success in any business endeavor is providing a quality product, at a fair and reasonable price and follow it up with the best customer service possible.
In 2020, my wife and I partnered with my parents to buy our first vacation home in Surfside Beach, Texas. We quickly found that as much as we enjoyed going ourselves, we equally cherished sharing the blessing with friends and family. Soon after purchasing the property, we decided to offer it on several short-term rental platforms and “Another Day in Paradise Vacation Rentals” was born! Since then, we’ve expanded into Crystal Beach and Port-A!
