Welcome to Crystal Beach!!! Upon arrival to this amazing property, you’ll be greeted by the downstairs entertainment area! The saltwater pool (not heated) and hot tub feature a marble surround for sitting as you dip your toes in and soak your troubles away! There’s plenty of seating for relaxing and hanging out, as you watch the kids swim, catch a game on the outdoor TV, or just enjoy the company of those you choose to share it with! Also, on this level is a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), an outdoor shower and half bathroom.

Moving upstairs, there’s a huge wrap-around deck with tons of POLYWOOD seating for taking in the salty air and listening to the waves break. As you go inside, 3,200 square feet of luxurious comfort hit you in the face! The open living, dining and kitchen form the perfect location for large gatherings without feeling cramped. From the beautiful décor to the massive dining table and gourmet kitchen, there’s plenty of space for everyone! What a space for entertaining!!! The spacious kitchen features all the comforts of home, and for my fellow coffee connoisseurs, drip and K-cup style coffee makers are provided (bring your own grinds or pods).

Moving down the hallway, there are 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry closet with 2 sets of washers and dryers. Sleeping 22 in indulgent comfort, there are 3 king bed suites with full ensuite bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with double queen beds and a bunk room with 4 built-in queen beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, and features Dynasty CoolBreeze mattresses and high-quality bedding throughout! This home is the perfect venue for large family gatherings, group getaways, a couples retreat or a lazy weekend at the beach. Regardless of the reason, you’re sure to make lasting memories and enjoy the comforts of this space as much as we enjoy sharing it!!!

Policies

Contactless Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM (Central time). A minimum of one person at check-in must be at least 25 years old. Early check-in may be requested but is contingent upon previous guests and our *Five Step Cleaning Process. Prior to your stay, you’ll be provided an email with important information regarding your selected property and the check-in process.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM (Central time). At the conclusion of your stay, please ensure to follow the directions provided in your welcome email.

Pets

Pets are allowed at Salty Shores Too by written approval only. A $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required. All permitted, approved pets must be kenneled if no guest over 25 years of age is inside the property. Please contact us before booking if you have any questions.

Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation:

Full refund for cancellations made at least fourteen (14) days before check-in, less a Cancellation Fee of $250.00.
Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancellations made at least seven (7) days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made less than seven (7) days before check-in.

Cancellations on bookings made less than fourteen (14) days before check-in:

Full refund for cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of booking, less a Cancellation Fee of $250.00.
Fifty percent (50%) refund for cancella

Cancellation by Landlord due to property unavailability:

If the property becomes unavailable to the Tenant for any reason, Landlord agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and the Tenant agrees to release any claims against Landlord.

Additional Policies & Important Information

If you or a guest planning to stay at our property has been sick, or exposed to any contagious illness, specifically COVID-19, please stay home!
A government issued photo identification is required to rent the property and must be uploaded at time of booking.
A credit/debit card is required to be placed on file for incidentals.
On-site parties or gatherings larger than the disclosed occupancy of the property is strictly prohibited.
